As of July 1, 2024, several new laws have taken effect in Florida that directly impact how Homeowners’ Associations (HOAs) manage their communication, records, and transparency. One of these new laws. One of these laws state that by January 1, 2025, an association that has 100 or more parcels shall have a web site (which we have already), and should post the Meeting Agendas.

Therefore, going forward, all Agendas, and relevant meeting material, will be posted below prior to the meeting. While in-person audience attendance is permitted, members of the HOA are encouraged to participate in the meeting remotely, via Zoom, using the link information on both the Agenda for that meeting and on the sidebar of this web site.

The next scheduled monthly meeting of the Port Antigua H O A, normally held on the first Tuesday of each month, has been cancelled.

Whenever there is a Port Antigua Grievance Committee meeting scheduled, written notice will be sent to the participants and the meeting will be held at 6:30 PM, immediately before the monthly Board meeting.

Until further notice, all HOA meetings will continue to be held remotely using Zoom.
